Important Notices for your Understanding

1. Registration.

Larry R Frank Sr (Better Financial Education) (BFE),  is a fee-only Registered Investment Adviser registered with the State of California.  BFE is in compliance with the current notice filing requirements imposed upon California state-registered investment advisers.  BFE may conduct business with residents of California, or with residents of those other states in the USA in which it has a notice filed or qualifies for an exemption or exclusion from notice filing requirements.

For information pertaining to the registration status of BFE as a Registered Investment Adviser (California), please visit the United States Securities and Exchange Commission's web site at www.adviserinfo.sec.gov which will guide you to our firm's registration on file with the State of  California through the investment adviser search feature (our firm CRD Number is 155213) where you may obtain a public copy of our ADV Part 2 that describes our services, fees and more. Information on BrokerCheck (CRD# 2532235) is my prior history licensed through FINRA which ends when I changed registrations from sales to adviser in 2010.

Alternatively, a copy of BFE's current written disclosure statement discussing our business operations, services, and fees as set forth in our registration application as a Registered Investment Adviser (known as the "Form ADV Part II") is available from BFE upon written request (and is sent to new clients as well as annually to existing clients). 
 
2. Investment Advice.

BFE does not render or offer to render personalized investment advice or financial planning advice through this web site. BFE's web site is limited to the dissemination of general information regarding its investment advisory services to California residents (or those clients who started in California and subsequently moved out of state).  Accordingly, the publication of BFE's web site on the Internet should not be construed by any consumer and/or prospective client as BFE's solicitation to effect or attempt to effect transactions in securities or the rendering of personalized investment advice for compensation over the Internet.

In general in any state, advice can only be rendered after the following conditions are met:

1. Registration of the Advisor in the client's state of residence (see 1. above) or with the SEC.
2. Delivery of a disclosure statement by the Advisor to the client (see 1. above).
3. Execution of an Investment Advisory and or Financial Planning agreement between the client and the advisor.

BFE shares nonpublic information solely to service our client accounts, we do not disclose any nonpublic personal information about our customers or former customers to anyone, except as permitted or required by law.

Information Safeguarding
BFE will internally safeguard your nonpublic personal information by restricting access to only those who provide services to you or those who need access to your information to service your account. In addition, we will maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards that meet federal and/or state standards to guard your nonpublic personal information.

We respect clients'  privacy, and each client is provided a privacy statement as part of our Annual Disclosure (a copy of this year's notice is available upon request).
